Our client, a well-established, multi-campus Career School is seeking a Director of Admissions to oversee admissions performance across multiple campuses within a major market. This is an outstanding opportunity to lead several admissions teams, mentor Assistant Directors, and help shape the future of an organization that transforms students’ lives every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead admissions operations across multiple campuses within your assigned markets.

• Analyze business metrics and identify opportunities before they become problems.
• Partner with Financial Aid, Campus Operations, and other departments to deliver an exceptional student experience.
• Create consistency, accountability, and continuous improvement across every campus you support.
• Build leadership pipelines while developing future admissions leaders.

• Strong leadership coaching and organizational development skills.
• Experience using reporting dashboards and performance analytics to guide decisions.
