Job summary

Full Sail University is seeking a detail-oriented File Processor to join our enrollment team in Mission, KS. The role focuses on processing and verifying enrollment paperwork, certifying aid, and ensuring timely file completion for students starting their programs.

The ideal candidate will work closely with Enrollment Guides, maintain accuracy in documentation, and support federal and private financial aid packaging.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of Title IV funding and federal aid processes is a plus.
• Experience with enrollment or student services workflows is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate daily with Enrollment Guides to process all required enrollment paperwork.
• Communicate with students/parents for additional documentation.
• Verify files and certify loans and packaging of aid.
• Document forms in Salesforce and CampusVue.
• Ensure all aid is packaged correctly and pre-audit deadlines are met.
