Power Public Schools is hiring a Coordinator to lead enrollment and community outreach in Mableton, GA. This full-time, non-exempt role oversees the lead-to-application funnel, coordinates recruitment events, and drives partnerships to seat 100 scholars by August 2027.

You will operate HubSpot-informed processes, manage a part-time Recruiter, and travel regionally within South Cobb. The role requires 3+ years in recruitment or related fields, CRM proficiency, reliable transport, and availability

Qualifications

• 3+ years in recruitment, admissions, community outreach, organizing, canvassing, membership sales, or a comparable role where you were personally responsible for hitting a number.
• Fluent, comfortable use of a CRM to track people through stages; you keep records current without being reminded.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; ability to work regular evenings and weekends during recruitment season.
• Lives in or is willing to work daily in Mableton, Austell, and South Cobb.
• Clears Georgia fingerprint and criminal background requirements for school employees.

Responsibilities

• Own the Number: deliver approximately 71 new leads and 18 completed applications every week for 24 straight weeks.
• Report a single honest number at the weekly enrollment meeting; identify gaps and plan closes.
• Replace planning assumptions with measured reality in the first three weeks; your results become the quota.
• Recruitment Events & Community Outreach: coordinate and execute recruitment events, information sessions, tours, and outreach activities; support preparation and follow-up.
• Run the Field Operation: build the enrollment footprint in target communities; manage events and partnerships; supervise the Student Recruiter and volunteers.
• Convert Interest Into Applications: ensure information sessions are filled and follow up to convert to applications; maintain contact cadence.
• Maintain Meticulous Records: log activity in HubSpot daily; keep all records current and accurate.
• Protect the Fairness of the Process: run an open enrollment process with equitable access and waitlist management.
• WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE — First 90 Days: establish turf map, build lead pipeline, onboard partners, and hit early enrollment targets.
