• Ability to work evenings and weekends; travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead the vision, design, and execution of Trinity’s enrollment experiences.
• Maintain CRM platform (Slate) as it relates to visits.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for group visit requests.
• Serve as the primary liaison for enrollment experiences with faculty, departments, and campus partners.
• Collect and analyze feedback, participation data, and engagement metrics; prepare summaries for leadership.
• Provide guidance and support to colleagues; may supervise staff.
• May supervise student employees and professional staff.
