Responsive Education Solutions is seeking an Enrollment Specialist for iSchool Virtual Academy in Lewisville, TX. This role focuses on engaging prospective students, obtaining records from families and districts, and ensuring a seamless enrollment process.

The specialist supports post-enrollment requests and maintains 100% compliance with district requirements. The ideal candidate has strong customer service experience, proficiency with Google Suite, and the ability to manage multiple enrollment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate/bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced office with customer service.
• Familiarity with Google Suite and data entry/recordkeeping.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet enrollment timelines.

Responsabilités

• Process new applications to ensure correct data formatting.
• Send bulk messages to families to support enrollment.
• Guide families through enrollment and secure required documents.
• Build positive relationships with staff, families, and districts.
• Request and share records via appropriate Texas systems.
• Enter and verify immunization records and TEA compliance.
• Communicate with families via phone, text, and email.
