Job summary

International Schools Partnership Limited seeks an experienced Admissions leader in Anaheim, CA to own enrollment and re-enrollment performance for the campus. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of admissions/enrollment experience.
• Experience in independent/private school admissions strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to meet enrollment targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret pipeline and enrollment data.
• CRM experience, HubSpot or similar.
• Excellent organizational skills and follow-through.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, collaborative.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive campus enrollment and re-enrollment against targets.
• Manage admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment.
• Monitor enrollment KPIs and CRM data accuracy.
• Lead campus enrollment forecasting and provide actionable insights.
• Deliver a personalized admissions experience for prospective families.
• Develop recruitment, community outreach, and partnerships strategies.
• Collaborate with Marketing on MAR planning and lead generation.
• Guide families through financial aid, scholarships, and tuition processes.
• Lead and mentor Admissions staff and ensure priorities are met.
