You’ll run tours, open houses, and shadow days while maintaining CRM data and leveraging AI tools for prep and summaries. A strong track record with affluent families and relocation willingness are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in client-facing roles with a buyer at $25,000+ per client or $2,000+/mo.
• Owned end-to-end enrollment journeys from inquiry to decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system.
• Has said no to enroll if not the right fit and used AI in client workflows.
• Communicates concisely with executives and high-net-worth clients.
• Led polished in-person tours and hosted experiences for affluent families.
• Can nurture 30+ day multi-touch relationships with non-immediate enrollments.
• Located in or willing to move within 60 days to one of 12 markets listed; on-site daily; authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment journey for each family from inquiry to onboarding; assess needs before presenting.
• Handle 20+ active families concurrently; respond to inquiries and review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Form admit/decline recommendations and communicate decisions personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline weekly.
