This on-site role requires leading tours, hosting info sessions, and delivering candid, compassionate decisions. Compensation reflects seniority and market norms for selective private education in major markets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients (>$25k per client).
• Own full client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment.
• Manage 7+ client relationships in a CRM.
• Able to say no when not a fit.
• Experience using AI tools in client-facing workflows.
• Strong concise written and verbal communication with executives and high-net-worth clients.
• Proven track record engaging affluent families and hosting polished in-person experiences.
• Willing to be on-site daily and relocate within 60 days to one of the listed markets.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own the membership journey from inquiry through onboarding and needs assessment.
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly, review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days for families.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver decisions personally.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current; use AI tools for prep and summaries; report pipeline health weekly.
