Alpha School in the Bay Area seeks a Director of Enrollment to drive campus recruitment and relationships with families who will thrive in the Alpha model. You will own from inquiry to onboarding, lead tours, and run events that articulate our data-backed, AI-powered learning approach.

This on-site role requires building local partnerships, managing multiple family relationships, and delivering weekly pipeline insights while expanding a fledgling local brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium client-facing roles where a buyer is involved at $25K+ per client or $2K+ per month.
• Ownership of end-to-end client/admissions journey: application, needs assessment, offer, decision, onboarding.
• Measurable growth or customer-acquisition numbers you owned, with lead generation and local partnerships.
• 7+ concurrent relationships tracked in a CRM or database.
• Experience leading in-person tours, presentations, or hosted events for demanding audiences.

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment at one Bay Area campus with families who will thrive in the Alpha model.
• Own the full admissions process: inquiry, needs assessment, campus tour, shadow day, enrollment decision, onboarding.
• Lead tours, open houses, and information sessions defending the AI-powered learning model.
• Report weekly on pipeline health and conversion quality; rewrite local playbooks and SOPs as you learn.
