Job summary

Boise State University is seeking a Program Information Coordinator to manage automated records systems, act as the program expert, and liaison with internal and external customers. This role supports enrollment reporting, data quality, and coordination with IT for data collection.

The position collaborates across departments to resolve reporting issues, maintain accurate student records, and ensure compliance with federal and state requirements. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer hardware and software installation.
• Experience managing document flow.
• Ability to liaise with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as quality control point for program-related databases.
• Develop and implement operating policies and procedures.
• Design filing systems and ensure data uniformity.
• Work with IT to develop data collection programs.
• Maintain contact with departments to update databases.
• Serve as help desk for system inquiries.
• Provide individualized reports from queried data.
• Assist in training across units and departments.
• May supervise a unit including hiring and evaluations.
• Enrollment reporting to the NSC and related duties.
• Resolve NSC reporting errors and report degree data.
• Coordinate with Financial Aid on enrollment reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned
