Job summary

Cape Fear Community College in Wilmington, NC seeks an Enrollment CRM Administrator to support recruitment, admissions, and student success through CRM enhancements. You will manage system configuration, workflows, integrations, and data quality to align with enrollment goals.

Working with the Dean of Enrollment Services and campus partners, you will train staff, create reports and dashboards, and coordinate testing and vendor communications.

Qualifications

• CRM and enrollment technology experience, including student lifecycle workflows.
• Experience with FERPA and data privacy considerations.
• Ability to coordinate CRM operations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary administrator for the enrollment CRM and related systems.
• Configures and optimizes CRM functionality and workflows.
• Partners with stakeholders to translate priorities into solutions.
• Leads enrollment systems projects from requirements to implementation.
• Manage data imports/exports and maintain data integrity.
• Develop enrollment dashboards and reports for leadership.
• Coordinate testing and vendor/partner communications.
