Qualifications

• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and ability to maintain office pages.
• Experience with virtual platforms – Zooms, Microsoft Teams, video chatting, etc.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students and families throughout the admission stages of prospect to matriculation including contact at high schools, college fairs, interviews and on-campus programs.
• Utilize text, email, phone calls, in-person counseling sessions, and virtual meetings to build relationships and manage student population.
• Oversee recruitment and outreach in a designated territory establishing relationships with school counseling staff and understanding regional school systems.
• Maintain flow of quality prospective students by analyzing enrollment trends and marketing activities.
• Review and read applications making admission and scholarship decisions and recommendations.
• Represent the Admission office in on- and off-campus meetings and college events.
• Provide necessary assistance to meet the department’s enrollment plan and the College’s strategic agenda.
