Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with admissions counseling or student outreach experience preferred.
• Strong cross-cultural interpersonal and writing skills, including public speaking.
• Ability to travel to remote locations and load/transport materials; occasional evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Associate Director with strategic communications to high school and independent counselors.
• Represent the University to prospective students, parents, counselors and other stakeholders at events.
• Plan and implement recruitment activities for assigned high schools/territories, including travel.
• Collaborate with two-year and community colleges to increase transfer enrollment.
• Counsel applicants on admissions process via in-person, phone, email, and social media.
