Job summary

Touro University Worldwide seeks an Enrollment Advisor to join our Enrollment Counseling team. You will be the primary contact for prospective students, delivering program information and guiding inquiries through the admission process with a student-focused, service-oriented approach.

We value strong communication, reliable follow-up, and a willingness to work with cross-functional teams (Registrar, Financial Aid, Advising).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 1+ years of Admissions and/or Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage and serve as primary point of contact for inquiring students.
• Conduct phone, chat, and emailed-based communication with prospective students.
• Deliver program information and answer student questions.
• Maintain effective follow-up strategies.
• Identify and guide well-suited students through the admissions process: inquiry to enrollment.
• Interdepartmental cooperation with Registrar, Educational Advising, Financial Aid, etc.
• Report to the Director of Enrollment Counseling.

Qualifications:

Bachelorâs degree (preferred but not required)

Maximum Salary: USD $57,850.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary: USD $55,000.00/Yr.
