Touro University Worldwide (TUW) is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to join our Enrollment Counseling team. The role focuses on engaging prospective students through phone, chat, and email, delivering program information, and guiding applicants from inquiry to enrollment.

This position is location-bound in Los Alamitos, CA, requiring strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills to achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
• 1+ years of Admissions and/or Sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage and serve as primary contact for inquiring students.
• Conduct phone, chat, and emailed-based communication with prospective students.
• Deliver program information and answer student questions.
• Maintain effective follow-up strategies.
• Identify and guide well-suited students through the admissions process: inquiry to enrollment.
• Interdepartmental cooperation: Registrar, Educational Advising, Financial Aid, etc.
• Report to the Director of Enrollment Counseling.

Maximum Salary

USD $57,850.00/Yr.

Minimum Salary

USD $55,000.00/Yr.
