Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Site Manager to oversee research sites, ensuring protocol adherence and data integrity across sponsor-led trials. You will supervise site teams, coordinate audits, and drive enrollment and retention to meet program goals.

The role requires 4+ years in clinical research with management experience, strong knowledge of FDA/ICH-GCP, and bilingual English/Spanish communication capabilities. On-site work with cross-functional collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of clinical research coordination experience, with 2 years in management.
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FDA regulations, ICH-GCP, and trial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trial sites and ensure protocol compliance.
• Ensure data quality and timely reporting of trial data.
• Train and supervise site staff and manage visits.
• Coordinate with sponsor and CRO on study milestones.
