Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Site Manager in Albuquerque, NM to lead clinical research operations at assigned sites. You will supervise site staff, ensure protocol adherence, and drive enrollment targets while maintaining data quality and regulatory compliance.

The role requires managing training, coordinating sponsor/CRO visits, and ensuring all study-related documents are current. Strong leadership, communication, and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of clinical research coordinator experience, including 2 years of management experience at a CRO.
• Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC) or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site staff performance under the supervision of the Site Director or Director of Site Operations.
• Ensure training compliance (ICH-GCP Certification, IATA Certification, SOPs) on a timely basis.
• Coordinate sponsor and CRO visits and ensure timely action items.
• Maintain current Protocols, Informed Consents, Study Manuals and related documents.
• Ensure data quality, subject retention, and timely study data reporting.
• Facilitate site training and manage staff development.
• Attend Investigator Meetings as required.
• Obtain informed consent and explain procedures to participants.
