Job summary

Catholic Charities Archdiocese Of Boston is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to coordinate and enroll families in its centers and family childcare homes across the greater Boston and North Shore area.

You will communicate with parents, program directors, and community agencies to help families access early care and education. The role requires collaboration, data tracking, and a commitment to quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience working with low-income families.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent in early childhood education or social work.
• Knowledge of vouchers, income eligible contracts and DTA vouchers.
• Organized, detail oriented with confident communication skills.
• Experience in a customer service setting requiring interaction with the public.
• Previous experience working with parents of young children.
• Self direction, tact and diplomacy with professional demeanor.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and proficient Internet usage skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with center and family child care directors to determine enrollment needs.
• Partner with directors to create strategies that increase enrollment.
• Communicate program information to groups as needed.
• Participate in site meetings to discuss openings at sites.
• Track data relating to the state waitlist system for enrolling clients.
• Verify family income and service need before coordinating enrollment appointments.
• Facilitate meetings during monthly director’s meetings.
• Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish goals.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality at all times.
