Qualifications

• EEC Lead Teacher certified.
• Three years teaching experience.
• Experience coaching mentoring adult learners.
• Ability to pass a background record check (BRC).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to curriculum implementation.
• Provide training to FCC staff and educators in Early Childhood Education best practices.
• Research and facilitate access to higher education opportunities for FCC educators.
• Monitor educational environment compliance with standards and regulations.

Skills

EEC Lead Teacher certified

Good oral and written communication skills
