Job summary

Democracy Prep Public Schools is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager to lead canvassers, oversee enrollment strategies, and drive community outreach for ten schools. You will analyze data to optimize methods, attend community events, and engage families to enroll students.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with 1–2 years in enrollment management and leadership experience preferred. Spanish fluency is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years in enrollment management, canvassing, or related field.
• Proven track record leading enrollment strategies and achieving targets.
• Experience in leading and managing teams.
• Data-driven decision making and enrollment best practices.
• Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of canvassers and coaching to meet recruitment goals.
• Analyze enrollment data to optimize canvassing strategies.
• Identify and attend community events to recruit families and students.
• Represent DPPS in youth centers, community events, and partner orgs.
• Develop enrollment partnerships with childcare centers and communities.
• Meet with prospective students and parents to promote DPPS.
• Coordinate school recruitment events (tours, open houses, summer events).
• Engage in recruitment calls and complete enrollment forms as needed.
• Graduate with a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate leadership in enrollment.
