Job summary

Inspire Early Education is seeking a Local Enrollment & Community Events Coordinator in New Jersey to grow enrollment across 7 schools. You will plan and host on-site events, manage lead capture, and coordinate tours with School Directors to convert leads into registrations.

This field-focused, growth-driven role requires strong organization and local community engagement. Applicants should have experience in event planning or related customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• Experience in event planning, field marketing, community outreach, sales, admissions, hospitality, or another result-driven, customer-facing role. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Plan and host a calendar of on-site events at each school.
• Capture and follow up leads within 24 hours to invite tours.
• Coordinate school tours with Directors and staff.
• Build relationships with local referral sources to promote events.
• Track leads, tours, registrations and enrollment results.
