Job summary

Inspire Early Education is seeking a Local Enrollment & Community Coordinator to grow enrollment across its St. Louis schools. You will spend substantial time in the community, executing local marketing activities, developing partnerships, and coordinating tours to convert families into registrations.

The role emphasizes generating qualified leads, managing tours, and maintaining timely follow-up with families to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, admissions, field marketing, or another results-driven customer-facing role.
• Strong sales instincts and confidence helping families move toward a decision.
• Outgoing and able to engage with families in the community.

Responsibilities

• Generate local leads by engaging with parent groups, apartment communities, offices, and events.
• Own the tour and enrollment experience with School Directors to ensure a high-quality, consistent process.
• Own enrollment materials and post-tour follow-up to convert tours to registrations.
