Saint Francis University invites applications for a full-time position of Enrollment Communications Manager in the Department of Enrollment Management. The Enrollment Communications Manager is responsible to execute several enrollment marketing efforts for traditional, graduate, and professional studies enrollment by managing multiple communication flows and campaigns for various audiences, primarily prospective students, create and lead creation of compelling content for use across print, email and web channels, supporting and analyzing enrollment communications CRM tasks and responsibilities. Works in close collaboration with other members of the Enrollment Management Team and University Communications and Marketing to create and implement multifaceted plans that integrate technology, programmatic strategies, tactics, and resource s to optimize the student journey through the admissions funnel and ensure the maintenance of the University’s’ brand guidelines and ensures brand consistency visually across all communication platforms.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred with 2-3 years’ experience in college admissions or related field. Two years’ experience with yield enhancement and related strategies. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong technical skills with use of Word, Excel, and other Microsoft suite applications. Experience with Jenzabar Student Information Software/Salesforce CRM tools and HTML coding preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently or as a part of a team. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement, learning, collaboration, positivity, and creativity in recruitment activities. Commitment to discretion and confidentiality.
