Job summary

Meals on Wheels of Central Indiana seeks a Client Services & Enrollment Coordinator to guide clients from enrollment through care coordination, managing new enrollments, a defined caseload, and ongoing CX support.

You will collaborate with the Client Services team, Dietitian, and field staff, ensure accurate records, and escalate issues per policy, delivering compassionate service in a fast-paced, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in client services, healthcare, social services, enrollment, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with clients, caregivers, volunteers, and partners.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiar with enrollment, eligibility, and documentation processes; Medicaid experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn client databases and technology systems.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
• Problem-solving and willingness to adapt to changing daily operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment of new clients into MOWCI services, with primary responsibility for Medicaid-funded enrollment.
• Maintain a defined caseload and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Provide scheduled daily Client Experience (CX) coverage and respond to client questions and concerns.
• Document and maintain accurate client records and enrollment information.
• Coordinate with Medicaid Billing Contractor to ensure billing documentation is complete.
• Identify enrollment barriers and escalate issues to the Client Services Program Manager.
• Connect clients with MOWCI programs, resources, and community supports.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and program staff to support client needs.
• Participate in meetings, trainings, and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
