Job summary

Zenith American Solutions seeks an Eligibility & Enrollment Processor to support enrollment operations, maintaining member records and assisting with enrollment-related inquiries. The role ensures accurate processing and timely documentation for coverage and benefits, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The position requires handling PHI/PII appropriately and offers a pathway for growth within a large, national third-party administrator with a long-standing history since 1944.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of general office experience demonstrating dependability.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and applies it across duties.
• Provides written, verbal, or face-to-face customer service per plan benefits.
• Maintain member and dependent files in the administration system.
• Resolve eligibility & enrollment issues with vendors (PPOs/PBMs, etc.).
• Handle inbound/outbound correspondence (ID cards, packets).
• Researches and resolves complex/technical eligibility issues.
• Responds to examiner and billing processor inquiries about enrollment issues.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
