Job summary

Zenith American Solutions in Pasadena, CA is seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment Processor to maintain member records and assist with enrollment inquiries. The role ensures accurate processing of enrollment information and timely support to members and stakeholders.

Key duties include handling correspondence, resolving issues with vendors, and supporting internal teams. A high school diploma and basic office experience are required, with benefits and PHI/PII handling described in the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months general office experience.
• Strong integrity and customer service mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain member and dependent files in the administration system.
• Provide written, verbal, or face-to-face customer service for inquiries.
• Resolve eligibility & enrollment issues with vendors (PPOs, PBMs, etc.).
• Handle inbound/outbound correspondence (ID cards, packets).
• Research and resolve complex issues and irregularities.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
