Job summary

Zenith American Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment Processor to support enrollment operations and maintain member records. The role ensures accurate processing and timely documentation related to coverage and benefits, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Working with PHI/PII access, you will respond to inquiries, maintain files, and help resolve enrollment issues while upholding data integrity and service standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months general office experience with dependability.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.

• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Solid organization and detail orientation.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and plans.
• Proficient MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and applies it in duties.
• Provides written, verbal, or face-to-face customer service for inquiries.
• Maintain member and dependent files in the administration system.
• Resolve eligibility & enrollment issues with vendors.
• Handle inbound and outbound correspondence such as ID cards and packets.
• Researches and resolves complex issues and irregularities.
• Respond to inquiries from examiners and billing processors.
• Perform other job related duties as assigned.
