Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment Processor to support enrollment operations, maintain member records, and assist with inquiries related to coverage and benefits. The role ensures accurate processing and timely documentation for members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining files, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues and support enrollment activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months general office experience.
