Job summary

Zenith American Solutions is seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment Processor to support enrollment operations by maintaining accurate member records and assisting with related inquiries. The role ensures accurate processing of enrollment information and timely support and documentation for coverage and benefits.

The position requires access to PHI/PII as dictated by job duties, with flexibility to support workflow and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of general office experience showing dependability.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials, benefit plans and regulations.
• Proficient with MS Office tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain current knowledge of assigned plan(s) and apply knowledge in job functions.
• Provide written, verbal, or face-to-face customer service by responding to inquiries per plan benefits.
• Maintain member and dependent files in the administration system.
• Resolve eligibility and enrollment issues with vendors (PPOs, PBMs, etc.).
• Handle inbound and outbound correspondence (ID cards, eligibility packets).
• Research and resolve complex and technical issues and irregularities.
• Respond to inquiries from examiners and billing processors concerning enrollment issues.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
