Zusammenfassung

Zenith American Solutions is seeking an Eligibility & Enrollment Processor to maintain member records and support enrollment-related inquiries. You will ensure accurate processing and timely documentation for coverage and benefits, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, basic MS Office skills, and a dependable, team-oriented work ethic. You may lift up to 25 lbs and must be flexible with workflow and attendance.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months general office experience demonstrating dependability.
• Strong work ethic and team player mentality.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and listening.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials, benefit plans and regulations.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office tools and applications.

Aufgaben

• Maintain current knowledge of assigned Plan(s) and apply knowledge in all functions.
• Provide written, verbal, or face-to-face customer service and document inquiries.
• Maintain member and dependent files in the administration system.
• Resolve eligibility and enrollment issues with vendors (PPOs, PBMs, etc.).
• Handle inbound/outbound correspondence (ID cards, packets, etc.).
• Research and resolve complex issues and irregularities.
• Respond to inquiries from examiners and billing processors regarding enrollment issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
