The position oversees Tableau reporting, data standards, and ad hoc analyses across Enrollment Management, collaborating with university partners to deliver authoritative data and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required.
• 5–7 years of data analyst or reporting experience.
• Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, R, Python, SPSS, Cognos.
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and communicate insights to nontechnical audiences.
• Experience leading teams and delivering reports on time.
• SQL proficiency required.
• Higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Tableau reporting environment and dashboards for Enrollment Management.
• Lead data analysts and ensure coverage across subject areas.
• Develop and enhance enrollment forecasting and data science models.
• Ensure data governance and quality across feeds to data stores.
• Present findings to stakeholders and support decision-making.
