Learning Network is seeking a highly motivated enrollment support specialist to guide families through the school enrollment process. You will communicate via phone, text, email, and tickets, ensuring a smooth experience from inquiry to enrollment.

In this role, you will build relationships, educate families on programs, and coordinate applications while maintaining meticulous records and meeting performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in sales/admissions/customer service or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with families throughout enrollment journey.
• Guide families through enrollment with clarity, urgency and care.
• Monitor engagement and address questions before enrollment delays.
• Deliver exceptional service in every interaction with families.
