Job summary

The Chicago School of Professional Psychology is seeking an Admissions Representative to recruit certificate and degree-seeking students for assigned programs. The role covers all admissions phases, from initial contact to enrollment, with on-campus duties required for campus-based staff.

The position requires evening and weekend availability and occasional domestic travel, with a focus on high-volume outbound outreach and high-quality candidate consultations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Computer skills including experience using CRM systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new students for assigned programs and serve as their primary contact throughout the admissions process.
• Complete a high level of outbound calls each day to reach prospective students and follow scripts/policies.
• Respond to all new student inquiries quickly and maintain consistent communication during the admissions process.
• Conduct telephone, virtual, and in-person consultations to explain programs and admission requirements; ensure paperwork is completed properly.
• Maintain Salesforce database with inquiry management, logging of calls and activities, and a purposeful contact strategy.
• Positively and professionally represent The Chicago School through meetings and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
