Job summary

Florida State University’s College of Medicine seeks an Enrollment Management Specialist within the Division of Student Affairs and Admissions to oversee enrollment processes, manage electronic student files, and ensure accuracy of records for the Bridge, MD, and PA programs.

You will counsel admitted and enrolled students, coordinate course registrations, and support graduation and degree certification tasks, with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and two years of experience.
• Valid Florida or Georgia Driver's License, or the ability to obtain prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Manages enrollment processes for DSAA at the College of Medicine, including electronic student files and maintaining security of student records.
• Acts as primary contact for admitted and enrolled students in the Bridge, MD, and PA programs, counseling and communicating guidelines and policies.
