Eastern Florida State College on the Palm Bay Campus is seeking an Admissions Specialist II to guide students through admissions, registration, and records with a focus on personalized service.

You will interact with prospective and current students via in-person visits, phone calls, and email, while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to policies. The role requires some evening hours and strong multitasking to meet deadlines.

Competenze

• Associate’s degree required.
• Two years of customer service experience.
• Ability to learn new computer applications.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, confidentiality.
• Ability to work with a diverse student population.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Fingerprinting required with a $36 fee.
• Transcripts required for consideration.
