Job summary

FVI School of Nursing and Technology in Miami, FL is actively seeking an Admissions Representative to drive prospective student engagement and enrollment. You will respond to inquiries, conduct intake interviews, and guide applicants through program selection and enrollment, while coordinating with campus teams to ensure a smooth admissions experience.

The role requires building relationships with families, managing a high-volume lead pipeline, and achieving enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Minimum of two years of experience in admissions, inside sales, customer service, recruiting, or a related field.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to prospective student inquiries generated through marketing channels.
• Conduct consultative interviews to assess educational and career goals of prospective students.
• Guide applicants through the admissions process including program selection and enrollment procedures.
• Maintain regular communication with prospects via calls, texts, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Schedule and conduct campus tours and information sessions.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Services, and Academic departments to support enrollment.
