Job summary

FVI School of Nursing and Technology is seeking a Student Recruitment Representative to promote our programs and assist prospective students through the admissions process. You will conduct outbound calls, answer questions, and guide applicants through enrollment while maintaining accurate records.

The role requires coordinating with potential students across on-campus offerings, evening and day schedules, and providing information about financial aid and admissions timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• 2 to 3 years of outbound calling, admissions, or call center experience.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and Creole.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our programs and admission process.
• Assist potential students in completing the enrollment process, including gathering necessary documentation and guiding them through the necessary steps.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to ensure a smooth transition into their educational journey.
• Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and inquiries.
