Job summary

FVI School of Nursing and Technology seeks a dedicated Student Recruitment Representative to guide prospective students through admissions and enrollment. You will conduct outbound calls, answer questions, and provide program information while supporting applicants through the enrollment process.

Responsibilities include building relationships with prospective students, following up on inquiries, and maintaining precise records of interactions.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• 2 to 3 years of outbound calling, admissions, or call center experience.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Prior experience in higher education, vocational schools, or admissions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our programs and admission process.
• Assist potential students in completing the enrollment process, including gathering necessary documentation and guiding them through the necessary steps.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to ensure a smooth transition into their educational journey.
• Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled.
• Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and inquiries.
