Health Career Institute in Florida seeks an Admissions Representative to guide prospective students through career consultations, explain programs, and manage the enrollment process in compliance with ethics and policy.

Responsibilities include making outbound calls, scheduling and conducting planning sessions, delivering campus tours, completing enrollment paperwork, coordinating financial aid, and maintaining accurate reports while upholding standards.

Formación

• Must have high energy and strong desire to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and manage multiple tasks.
• Computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.

Responsabilidades

• Provide information to prospective students about programs, entrance requirements, and standards.
• Deliver four Representative Generated Referrals (RGR) weekly on average.
• Make 100 outbound calls to prospective students daily.
• Conduct career planning sessions and manage enrollment paperwork.
