Hendrick Automotive Group in Charlotte, NC seeks an AutoGuard Enrollment/Cancellation Specialist for the accounting team. You will review and maintain schedules, process enrollments and cancellations, and post aftermarket product entries accurately and timely.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience, strong GAAP knowledge, and proficiency with Excel. CPA or progress toward CPA is preferred. No weekends.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review and correct accounting schedules.
• Process enrollments and cancellations.
• Post ACH payments and charges.
• Communicate with dealership personnel for contract corrections.
• Distribute cancellation refunds and manage refunds.
• Maintain organized, accurate records and deadlines.
