Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group in Charlotte seeks a detail-oriented AutoGuard Enrollment/Cancellation Specialist to join our accounting team. You will review and maintain schedules, enrollments/cancellations and post aftermarket product timely.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, 1–3 years of accounting experience, GAAP knowledge, Excel proficiency, and CPA progress preferred. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with no weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain accounting schedules and postings.
• Process enrollments/cancellations and post related charges.
• Coordinate with dealership personnel for contract corrections.
• Support weekly and monthly financial reconciliations.
• Ensure accuracy of cancellation forms with signatures.
