Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group, a nationwide leader in automotive retail, seeks a detail-oriented Title Clerk Specialist to join our accounting team in Charlotte, NC. You will prepare tax, title and transfer documents for vehicle sales and support DMV submissions.

Ideal candidates have an Associate degree (or equivalent) and up to 1 year of relevant experience; Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Verify funds and prepare tax and title documents.
• Submit legal transfer documents to DMV on time.
• Maintain files of tax and legal transfer documents.
• Process titles and plates and maintain dealer plates.
• Reconcile schedules weekly and track outstanding titles.
• Attend weekly department meetings and follow company policies.
