Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
• Superior organizational skills are required.
• Program development, behavioral support and leadership skills are required.
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, able to work in a team.
• CPR and First Aid certifications must be maintained.
• Medication Administration Certification current and active.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead dynamic, person-centered enrichment programs.
• Coordinate community outings that reflect participant goals and input.
• Document choice and participation to demonstrate outcomes and rights.
• Ensure health, safety, and rights are upheld in all activities.
