Stonegate Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment Assistant to help plan and run activities for residents. Schedule: Mondays and Wednesdays 10am-4pm, plus every other weekend 10am-2pm. Pay is $13.73 per hour.

This role supports residents' social welfare and interests within a caring senior living community. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, flexibility for evenings/weekends/holidays, and a compassionate attitude toward seniors.

Formación

• Minimum 1–3 years related experience and/or training preferred.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holiday hours.
• Compassionate towards the senior population.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a team.

Responsabilidades

• Actively support our 1440 culture and pillars.
• Assist the Life Enrichment Director with planning, communication, and execution of activities and life skills in the Life Enrichment department.
• Supports the Life Enrichment Director and Life Enrichment Lead with administrative tasks as needed.
• Complete all tasks while maintaining a high level of resident safety.
• Support setup, cleanup, and upkeep of activity areas and community spaces.
• Assist transportation by attending outings and coordinating related tasks.
• Uphold all standards in the Employee Handbook.
