HeartLand, LLC is seeking an experienced Enhancement Production Manager to oversee landscape upgrade projects from estimate to execution. • Knowledge of plant materials, installation techniques, and equipment use.
• Valid driver's license and ability to comply with DOT regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and project scheduling tools.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of enhancement crews, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget completion.
• Oversee material staging, equipment readiness, and labor coordination.
• Conduct site visits, estimate scopes, and validate job costing accuracy.
• Manage schedules and project plans with account managers.
• Train crew leaders and field teams to meet quality and safety standards.
• Serve as client point-of-contact alongside account managers for in-progress work.
• Monitor budgets and labor to ensure profitability.
• Track paperwork including timecards, incident reports, and billing prep.
• Support snow removal operations during winter season.
