Seven Hills Foundation Inc. seeks an English Language Arts Teacher to deliver focused ELA instruction within a trauma-informed residential educational program for young men aged 10–22. You will foster engaging lessons, build relationships, and support students facing emotional and learning challenges.

The role emphasizes small class sizes, collaboration with clinicians and care staff, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team. A bachelor's degree and MA licensure are required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience with age range specified (10–22) and with ELA instruction.
  • Standard driver's license (Class C or DMA) or equivalent.
  • Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks alignment experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging ELA lessons aligned with Massachusetts Curriculum Frameworks.
  • Adapt instruction to meet diverse learning styles and IEPs.
  • Develop, monitor, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related plans.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, case managers and direct care staff to support students.
