Job summary

Saint Louis University is seeking an 1818 Dual Credit Coordinator (English) to oversee relationships with English faculty in partner high schools and support program quality.

The role reports to the 1818 Program Director and involves classroom observations, coordination of syllabi reviews, and occasional teaching of an English course within the 1818 program. A Master's in English and teaching experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Represent and extend 1818 faculty liaisons with regular travel
• Share observations and feedback with liaisons to support faculty evaluation
• Meet with liaisons to support teacher professional development
• Coordinate review of new faculty applications and timely communications
• Review 1818 course syllabi and relay results to partner teachers
• Maintain syllabi, evaluation records and professional development records
• Serve as ambassador during on-site visits and information sessions
• Participate in 1818 Office strategic planning
• Participate in English Department events and programming
• Teach one English course via the 1818 program at least once every three academic terms (≈20% FTE)
