Job summary

Everlaw is looking for a Technical Program Manager, Engineering to drive technical alignment, ownership, and process enforcement across our Engineering team. In this high-visibility role, you will focus on Engineering Manager (EM) and Engineering Program Management (EPM) enablement, turning complex requirements into elegant operational solutions.

This role sits within our Engineering department, partnering with senior leadership to unblock teams, define datasets for data-driven decisions, and

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of TPM or similar technical program management experience.
• Background in software development or strong understanding of software platforms.
• Domain expertise and Python knowledge related to data structures and BI data analysis.
• Proficient with Jira, GitHub, AWS, Salesforce or Fivetran for data prep and visualizations.
• Strategic relationship building and clear communication for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Software Engineers and Engineering Managers to define scope and unblock blockers.
• Develop and refine roadmaps for a portfolio of operational programs.
• Build automation workflows and self-service tools within AWS, Jira, GitHub and similar systems.
• Define, collect, and sanitize usage data to design BI visuals for decision making.
• Synthesize complex project information into accessible narratives for senior leadership.
