Job summary

LevelTen Energy is hiring a Program Manager, Engineering Operations in Seattle to partner with the TPM function and improve engineering delivery. You will run internal engineering projects end-to-end, track milestones, and build contingency plans while navigating a matrixed organization.

This role reports to the Sr. Technical Program Manager and works closely with Engineering, Product, Data, Analytics, and Infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in technical program management or engineering operations.
• Knowledge of Kanban, Scrum, and Agile practices.
• Ability to manage timelines across teams and influence without authority.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to executives.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude) to accelerate program management work.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of internal engineering projects.
• Develop contingency plans for slips and shifting scope.
• Coordinate in a matrixed organization with shared capacity.
• Serve as embedded PM for assigned engineering teams.
• Own release coordination across weekly feature batches and hotfixes.
• Run cadence and reporting with status updates and action item follow-through.
• Analyze delivery metrics to surface process improvements.
• Support vendor governance and onboarding.
• Reduce manual work through tooling and dashboards.
