As a part of the talented Mercury Racing team, you will support the design, testing, and development of high-performance outboard and sterndrive propulsion systems by managing dynamometer test facilities, instrumentation, and data acquisition systems. This role combines hands‑on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, test system maintenance, and technical analysis to deliver reliable engine development and competition support while driving continuous improvements in testing capabilities.
The anticipated pay range for this position is 62,800 – 90,500, annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
